What is Slack?

Slack is a channel-based communication platform designed for businesses. With Slack, colleagues can be more efficient and immediately get in touch. Users can link all of their apps and resources, and easily search for the information they need.

What Can You Achieve With This Integration?

There are two methods of chatting in Slack: channels (group chat), and direct message or DM (person-to-person chat). With this integration you can use both.

After adding Custify in Slack apps, you will be able to trigger messages in Slack from a Playbook in Custify. You can either send these to a specific channel or directly to certain users.

Stay on top of issues

Let’s say you have a playbook that targets users at risk of churn. When a new client enters this playbook, you can automatically notify either a channel or a certain CSM. You can get an instant daily overview of changes in your customer base if you configure it across your playbooks.

Save your team even more time

With this integration you can set up messages for all playbooks in any way you need. For example, when an onboarding playbook is finished by a user, or when a user enters the dunning playbook. Instead of checking each playbook daily in Custify, your customer success team can just review the changes in their respective Slack channels, saving them essential time.

No Coding Required

Our Slack integration is a simple plug-and-play with no coding required. Ideally you should have basic knowledge of how Slack channels work.

All you need to do is select Slack in Custify apps, connect, authorize and configure your playbooks with what and when to send messages.
